<h2>Lower Ab Workout &#8211; What to do?</h2>
<p>This fabulous one of a kind lower ab workout doesn’t include your usual type of ab workout exercises, but is done in a triple set style.  These are the three exercises you will be using in this ab workout.</p>
<p>1.  Dumbbell front squats or the Barbell front squats.<br />
2.  Dumbbell rows push up style<br />
3.  Mountain Climbers (football players use these)</p>
<p>For this group of exercises to be considered as one set in your <a href="http://getgreatabsnow.com">lower ab workout</a> routine you will do these exercises without rest until you have finished all three of them.</p>
<p>After doing each full set, then it&#8217;s recommended that you rest about 2-3 minutes between each triple set.  Next repeat the same triple set once again.</p>

<p>For the barbell/dumbbell front motions you place the barbell onto your shoulders with your arms over each other to fully steady and support the bar.</p>

<p>Once you’ve done this, then next you ease downward like you are going to take a seat in a chair, making sure your legs are symmetrical with the floor, then ease your way back up to a standing position once again.</p>
<p>It is very important to keep your ab muscles tight while doing this abdominal workout exercise.</p>
<p>Push up style dumbbell rows are done with your hands on a pair of dumbbells while you are in the push up position.  Bring one dumbbell up and into a rowing motion, bring the dumbbell back down and now row with the other hand.</p>

<p>This does not include those starchy type foods and you need simple carbs to cover you sweet abs or everything you’ve done up to this point is a complete waste of your precious time.</p>
<h2><strong><strong>Lower Abs-<strong>Tip Two<br />
</strong></strong></strong></h2>
<p>When looking at yourself in the mirror remember this, if it sticks out in front of you that doesn’t necessarily mean that it’s flab/fat.</p>
<p>If your like most people and you eat a common western diet then you are more than likely only receiving about 1/3 of the fiber your diet needs each and every day.</p>
<p>If your not getting at least 35-40 grams of fiber every day then you most likely have fecal substances in your system which has backed up.  (Gross)</p>
<p>Doctor’s recommend that you need to get at least 35-40 grams of fiber, in the form of vegetables into your diet daily.  Naturally no one eats as they should all the time.</p>
<p>If you don’t eat enough vegetables to get your daily amount required then it is perfectly acceptable to use a diet supplement.  Always follow the directions on the label as many of them do contain sugar.</p>
<p>If this is the case, well then, you are defeating your purpose.</p>
<p><strong>Tip Three for Great Lower Abs</strong></p>
<p>It goes without saying that the very best lower abs workout is the one you will do on a constant regular basis.  Even after saying this I believe that the following is the absolute best lower ab workout that you will do.</p>
<p>I recommend these be done a minimum of 10 times and then repeat each of the following three a total of three more times.  If you find you are having trouble doing this many to start with then work your way up to increasing until you can do a total of 10 each.</p>
<p>You might decide to actually start out with 2-3 to see if you become sore and then, as said, increasing the amount over days.  Why?  You’re wondering.  It’s very simple really.</p>
<p>If you become sore then chances are you will decide to skip a day or two.  Naturally it’s best if you do not skip at all.</p>
<p><strong>Cyclic Leg Lifts</strong></p>
<p>Start this lower ab exercise by laying down upon your back, placing your hands by your side.  Next raise both of your legs so that they are at right angles with the floor.</p>
<p>Slowly lower each leg until it is barely over the floor, then hold for a count of three.  Making sure you do a complete count as follows: one thousand, one thousand two, and so on.</p>
<p>Now raise your legs back to their original position.  This lower ab exercise can also be done by using one leg at a time for optimization.</p>
<p><strong>Scissor Kicks</strong></p>
<p>Again start this lower ab exercise by laying on your back, with your hands placed on either side of your body.  Next raise both of your legs so that they are about 8-10 inches from the floor.</p>
<p>Then making a scissor motion bring each leg up and down without ever letting them touch the floor.  Do this for a count of five, then lower your legs to the floor once again.</p>
<p><strong>Leg Lifts</strong></p>
<p>As before this lower abs exercise take place while laying on your back.  This one is done the same as the Scissor Kicks only you are using both of your legs at the same time.</p>
